The Opportunity
As a PreK–12 Christian school, Price Schools needed consistent communication that informed families, celebrated student achievement, and reinforced the value of the school experience. Communications needed to serve multiple audiences while supporting enrollment, retention, and community engagement goals.

Communication Strategy
We developed and executed a newsletter communication system designed to keep families informed while strengthening their connection to the school's mission. Each edition balanced announcements, admissions messaging, student stories, and community updates to create a more engaging reader experience.

Content Planning & Storytelling
From admissions events and academic milestones to athletics, fine arts, and campus life, we created content that highlighted the full student experience. The focus was not simply sharing information, but helping families understand and celebrate the impact of the school community.

Design & Consistency
We established a clean, recognizable communication format that aligned with the school's brand and improved readability across campaigns. Consistent visual design and messaging created a more professional experience for families, donors, and prospective parents.

Engagement & Results
Through intentional communication strategy and audience-focused content planning, newsletters achieved an average 45.5% email open rate and 2.5% click-through rate. Communications became a key touchpoint for maintaining engagement, supporting enrollment efforts, and strengthening school-community relationships.
