The Vision
Coach Eddie Ficklin Jr. didn’t just want a logo—he wanted a standard. One that could challenge ego-driven sports culture and unite coaches around leadership, purpose, and professionalism.
Brand Strategy
We positioned Respect the Whistle as a movement built on three core values: Discipline. Leadership. Integrity. With a tone that’s direct, grounded, and motivational, this brand speaks to coaches in the middle phase of their careers—the ones shaping athletes and the future of sport.
Visual Identity
To anchor the mission visually, we designed a bold, whistle-inspired logo and paired it with modern sport typography. The color palette (monochrome + warm accents) signals strength and humanity. Every design choice—from fonts to spacing—was made to scale across social, print, and future products like merch and gear.
